Saw it on ebay, too. As it's honeywell branded and made in Mexico my guess would be maxi switch slider over rubber domes.

Oh darn. Just happened to see it while scrolling past stuff. Oh well.  ;)

That looks like a variation of the DEC LK401 (http://deskthority.net/wiki/DEC_LK401) terminal keyboard
I have had one of those. It had quite horrible rubber domes.

Interesting 'H' keys though. Just like on the Amiga!
