Title: Help me identify this numberpad

Is this rubberdome or mechanical?

All i found is FCC ID DJKASTKYPD

The depth of the keys remind me of the IBM rubberdome keyboard.  It's almost certainly rubber dome.

Is there a copyright year or date on it that the seller can read?

You can see in the space between the keycaps that there is plastic under them. This is a sign that this keypad is most likely a rubber dome.
