I like to make sure I'm putting someone on right before going on I'm putting this on a model F AT I had a teensy on it before but now I want to throw a xwhatsit on it

I just really don't know which way it goes on.. I'm thinking this is right (after I desolder the board lol)

Yes, that orientation is correct.
