Title: 4 hour workweek
Post by: bcredbottle on Fri, 18 December 2015, 10:25:24
Has anyone tried aggressively outsourcing their life through fiverr, virtual assistants, etc.? How did it go?

LOL...

It's just a book man...

Even if it is possible to do some of the things mentioned in the book,  it's highly unlikely that you'd have much time to rest given the micromanagement involved to keep it fluid.

There are certainly good ideas,   but please don't expect anyone to be able to just suddenly free from doing work..

These book sell you on an IDEA and a DREAM,  if this stuff worked as written,  it'd be common sense and no one would work full jobs.

if you didn't inherit money,   you can't get to real money without many solid years of 10hr days 7 days a week.

Alright but what about non-job stuff? I can't delegate my job, but I can delegate my life **** right?

Thanks for dashing my hopes TP :(

My newest venture was going to be offering to post for people on here so they don't have to.

Tim's other book "The 4 Hour Body" has changed my life.

Just saying.

Great book.

Well,  the upkeep cost of a wife or girlfriend will far exceed your errand time savings.

If you have a retired parent, it could certainly work,  but realize you're essentially slowly killing your tired mother.

It' would be easier to REDUCE your day to day requirements,  rather than delegating them.

For example.. instead of eating complex meals..  build your own soylent formula..
