Likely from a U.S. military command system. ITW Magnetic Valve (http://deskthority.net/wiki/ITW_magnetic_valve) switches.

A similar one was discussed last month on DT (http://deskthority.net/photos-f62/raytheon-6104-04-t12181.html). A nice rare find for someone.

BTW, this seller is first-class, very communicative and helpful.
