To Pray.
As in: I need to pray for more money so I can afford my next one.

That is probably as close as an English speaking person will get to its actual pronunciation since English speakers have a hard time with Japanese R's (and the Japanese with English L's).

My girlfriend, who is Korean (not as if it gives her more authority than anyone else here), says it's probably pronounced TOE-POO-RAY.

I think it's pronounced  "Toh-Pra"

why? because Lian Li is pronounced "Lee-Ann-Lee" not "Lee-Ann-Lie" and SteelSeries Xai is pronounced "Zeh-Eye" not "Ex-Eye" or "Eye"

everything is pronounced as it looks :)

I've heard "Toe-pu-lay" as a proper Japanese pronunciation.

Except Lian Li (Chinese, or Taiwanese, if you want to be politically correct) and SteelSeries (Danish; Xai is probably some marketing-derived name?) are from completely different languages.

What I just still doesn't mean anything, because these things get their own localized pronunciations. for example, T-Mobile in the USA is typically pronounced T-MOE-BILL, while in Europe it's T-MOE-BILE.
