Title: Can you Cook Fruits ?

I've noticed if I eat too many "raw" fruits. I get a stomach ache..


What if I boil them..  would that make it easier to digest.. is this like .. allowed ? 

Fruits like,  Apples, Pears, etc

am I going to jail for this ?

I just boiled a peeled apple and a peeled pear together..

Cut them both into Eighths..


Surprisingly Very delicious.

added only a very little bit of water.. boiled on Low flame.

but isn't raw fruit is better
sugar is less complex for the body

Confirmation here, grilled pineapple is bad ass.  Just make sure to core the slices and keep them under 1/4" thick otherwise they get burnt before the middle is warm.

Grilled pineapples are pretty good! Just season them with a bit of salt afterwards and you are golden.

Tomato is a fruit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nix_v._Hedden (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nix_v._Hedden) notwithstanding and is often cooked.

Fruit is excellent in its natural state but should be eaten first, at least a half hour ahead of other foodstuffs, as a starter and primer for the digestive system, ahead of the heavy oily stuff.
