Title: Hello from PNW
Post by: eat_the_food on Wed, 30 December 2015, 01:52:56
Hi Folks,

Transplant from /r/mkbd. Started with MX reds a couple of years back. Just replaced my daily driver and work boards with 45g Torpre's and am loving it so far.

Hello to all and happy new year!

Hi!

Nice HHKB...saw it in the Headphones thread.

How do you like Portland? I really need to take a trip up, from everything I have seen and heard about I want to live there one day.

Summer or fall is the best time to visit unless you like rain. Aside from the housing bubble that we're in the midst of, it's a really nice place to live. The city is made for foot traffic so it has a nice vibe seeing folks walking around all parts of the city, not just localized downtown. Food is great, beer and spirits are great - so many local brewers and distilleries.
