I was reading about zealios switches and the lightweight tactile version sounds like something I would be really interested in trying. The problem is I don't have the time or desire to build the board myself. What are the odds we will eventually be able to buy a fully constructed keyboard that uses these switches, even as a one-time thing through Massdrop or as a group buy here? I know the trend now seems to be about making keyboards as small and compact as possible, but I still prefer a full size standard 104-key layout.

I don't think I have ever seen a fullsize custom on Massdrop.

Last I was talking to Zeal there was only one company that reached out to him sharing interest in selling a board with Zealios. They only wanted to do a test run to start with only 100 boards or so. That's all I know and I'm sure that's all that he can share at this point.

In the absence of a ready made option you could commission someone on here to build a board for you?

Do I just make a post in the "Making Stuff Together!" or "Artisan Services" section asking for help?

Some people have their own threads in the Artisan section, it also depends on where you live for certain people to make it much easier and cheaper in terms of shipping.

That would be cool to see, I wonder which company it was?

I honestly have no clue and I'm Zeal isn't allowed to provide any details either, but I'm sure we'll find out within the next months to a year. If we can gather more hype around it I'm sure other companies will take interest into it as well.

I would buy one. I didn't see the White Fox in time to get one with Zealios already assembled or I would've done that. I want to try some Zealios, but don't have the time to solder a board.

taobao has a store selling a keyboard with purple sliders/zealious

I was able to get my hands on a couple of the tactile (65 and 67g I think) switches through a GB on reddit and really liked them but I would run into the same problem as I have no soldering equipment of my own. Because of this I was really excited about the WKL GB that was ran a few months back as it included the case, PCB, plate, and Zealios switches completely assembled but I didn't get in on time :(

Yeah, I picked up a white fox w/ zealios purple 67g switches from that Massdrop group buy. The first three Zealios options were clear 65g , clear 67g, and purple 67g switches. The 4th & final Zealios switch option, the purple 65g was offered on Christmas Eve. There wasn't a fully assembled option for any of the Zealios switches, they were only listed as kits. I'm pretty sure another fox kyboard colorway will be offered in the future. I know the first batch is suppose to ship on Mach 28th. I'm not sure on the exact shipment for second batch, but know it will be some time in May. I'm almost sure that we'll see another & hope you're able to get it. I looking forward to my first mechanical keyboard soldering kit!
