There's a keycap missing, but that's it. If you have a soarer's converter cable, I think this is nice keyboard for the price:

I don't think this is a good price. I've seen M-122's on ebay going in the $40 range for quite a while now.
Here's a few that are the price plus shipping:
$28 BIN (square badge): http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-Model-M-Mechanical-Keyboard-1394100-1997-/141863285332
$50 obo: http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-1394100-CLICKY-KEYBOARD-WITH-RJ-45-TERMINAL-MONITOR-STYLE-PLUG-1992-/191631946325
$40 obo: http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-1394100-CLICKY-KEYBOARD-WITH-RJ-45-TERMINAL-MONITOR-STYLE-PLUG-1995-/151746462644
$50 obo: http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-1394100-1394801-CLICKY-KEYBOARD-07-01-/381260349628
If you look at the sold listings, recently a bunch went for under $25 and a few at $30 with free shipping: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=1394100&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&rt=nc&_trksid=p2045573.m1684

I wish the 122 key boards had more standard keycap legends. I'd buy one just to source the caps.

But these are the rj45 style plug, which are generally cheaper as you've mentioned. I think people have figured out that the 5 pin terminal plug is just a converter cable away from being used and the pricing has reacted accordingly with a +$20-30 markup from the rj45 model.

What? Where are you getting this information? Are you making this up? The 5-pin Terminal Model M 122's are not PC/AT compatible. The pinouts are even different! You need a Soarer's converter to get them to work, and the adapter that Orihalcon sells is $40.
Edit: It's the same thing for the RJ-45 jacked Terminal 122 Model M keyboards too.
Orihalcon has the RJ-45 version Soarer converter for $40.
Another Edit!

The converter cable I was referring to was the one Orihalcon sells. But I didn't know he had an rj45 version. Thank you for the link!
So then it doesn't make any sense that the rj45 versions of these boards is cheaper then. But there are definitely some great deals out there then!
