That's a modified siig minitouch! Pure awesomeness!!! How much for one of those?
This one uses Cherrys btw... you can order one here (from Hong Kong):
http://99hk.biz/Plum_86Keys.htm
Awesomness...what if I don't understand Chinese though, and want it shipped to America...
Wow Cherries really? What kind of cherries? Oh blues? So clicky right? How much is $499 chinese dollars or yuan, or what?
Oh $499 hong kong Dollar?
so $65 US?
Wonder what shipping would be.
ordered quite alot of keysets from u.
the quality isnt really good.
that plum is a Chinese brand kbd, blue cherry mx.
it's about 300rmb , it's almost the cheapest kbd in China.
if anybody want to buy this strange kbd, i can help , but it will cost almost about 600rmb for shipping...... so #@^*^*&^*&_+_)(%&^$
What's an rmb?
The abbreviation rmb stands for Renminbi. This is the official name for the currency unit of the People's Republic of China. It is also known as a Yuan; this more generic term is also applied to China's pre-revolutionary currency and the currency of Taiwan.
I collect keyboards because I need them whenever I expand the computer lab down in the bomb shelter. I might as well have a good keyboard on each of my desktops instead of some junky rubber dome. . .
No zombies can break into a bomb shelter. My computers will be safe and sound. They've survived a tornado already!
@imsto: can you get the Ducky keyboard and various color keycaps?
The Ducky keyboard looks appealing to me, it looks like the filco clone, or could it be Filco with different logo?

@imsto: Does Duckey 104/108 support N-Key Rollover?
Wow... that Plum keyboard looks very... cute. I could even see myself getting used to the layout pretty quickly.
Mine supports rollover.Show Image(http://www.photographybyeulee.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/picture-1.jpg)
OH, you meant the KEYBOARD!
Nevermind.
imsto - Those colored keycaps look fantastic! Will they fit a Realforce 87U or are they specific to the KBC keyboard? And more importantly I suppose... are they for sale? :)

keycaps for topres are being researched. :tea:
with different collors.:cheer2:
Is there any way to order this outside china?
WAT? You talk about KBC, YOBYUY or TaoBao?
The implication is to all Chinese sellers. I merely wish people here not to suffer a SCAM as some here have cash in short supply. I may be wrong but it is better to be safe than have a gnawed Soul. A concerted scam on this site is not most welcome.
I know there a lot people do not like China or think that Chinese are ...whatever.
I am tired to explain.
There is a way... (http://geekhack.org/showpost.php?p=135026&postcount=22) ;)
you are the genius. here (http://www.yoybuy.com) is the best way for both of us maybe.
here (http://shop33611660.taobao.com/)is what i have got on taobao.
SO it's easy now.

If these products are put on ebay, I would be one of the first to purchase...Uhm, they are put on taobao, which is the chinese version of ebay, no?
Uhm, they are put on taobao, which is the chinese version of ebay, no?
Thats where I ordered the stuff (trough a buying service, because I don't understand chinese).
AhSau No: 1 Champion, and you don't understand Chinese ? Pull the other one, you , joneslee and Imsto
Last time I went to chinatown, i got me 6 i-Pods for 20 bucks. Kinda had a funky interface, and one of them may have given me avian flu, but the savings!

I got one of those fake ipods on ebay. I've had it for like 3 years now and it hasn't failed me, and has a bigger screen, and more functions than an ipod too, of the same generation, for about 1/20th the price. lol
The Chinese minds are ever so devious, they would and had in the past slit the throats of people before robbing them so as to leave no witnesses, prosecution = death.
Maybe I'm too cautious, but I was BORN there.
You're born there... yet you're like verbally attacking them. Can we do some investigation before we accuse them of scamming us?
There's nothing wrong with verbally attacking the country you were born in. It's perfectly healthy. For instance, I was born in the USA: my government likes to exploit third world countries for cheap labor and start destabilizing conflicts abroad in order to protect its own interests or preserve regional hegemony for its allies. I can't count the number of times the US has been involved in an assassination/coup/uprising abroad simply to protect the price of a commodity that happens to be valuable to a large, private multinational corporation. Go go CIA action missile!
Not all the time.

You don't need to explain, I AM Chinese.
I am not trying to dissuade people from purchasing from you guys, but it seems strange there are at least three of you here trying to convince people to purchase from you. I am just advising them to be careful of the possibility of getting burned.
Qoute=imsto "there are bad guys in every country, and i think most people are good."
There are good guys in every country, and i think most people are avaricious.

I've just got a paypal, and i got the email from paypal, like:
比如您收到200美元,那么手续费是200*3.9%+0.3=8.1,这时真正入账的是191.9美元,当您要提现时会有另外35美元的提现费,即真正到
您银行账上的是191.9-35=156.9美元。
means if i got 200$ for one kbd, paypal got 3.9%+0.3 $, so i could get 191.9. and when i want the cash moved to my bank account in China such like BOC(bank of China), there's an additional 35$. I got 156.9$ at last. It seems more suitable for me to put the money to BOC when there's more money, and I am still woundering if I may put the moeny to BOC without any complicated procedure like the tax or etc.
hi imsto, as I understand there will be no tax apply after $35 fee paid. So you can keep your money on your paypal. When you got a lump sum, you can transfer it back at once.
that red esc led is very subversive... i like it. :)
She looks sooooo excited to be there.
imsto sent me some of the pictures of their KBC keyboard party in Beijing. Probably the first time I heard this word.. 'Keyboard party'...not LAN party or beach party.
I don't think the Plum's lay-out's really for me.
if I didn't remember wrong, I remember I was going to get that PLUM keyboard from that actual site but it's been saying coming soon for about a couple of months already. I'm not too sure if that site is still being updated. I hope it is because I still want one =D
Quick question, maybe I'm just blind but.....Show Image(http://qq.a.5d6d.com/userdirs/c/4/kbc/attachments/month_0911/0911111639ba75b4587f1033f8.jpg)
Can anyone find the backspace key?
Looks like the orange one would be del...but the blue would have to be esc, right?
Lol yeah, I was just wondering, because other than that I do kinda like that keyboard, being a siig clone type I imagine it having some ALPS white copies and having a numpad with that would just be orgasmic...

that plum keyboard would be really sweet if they shrank the arrow keys, made the colon/apostrophe buttons more convenient, and threw a win/command key down there/
I really like the colors and design of it. it looks so oldschool.
That's pretty "cheap" relative to the price of other keyboards with blue Cherries.
Mistakes aren't tolerated!Show Image(http://geekhack.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=6004&stc=1&d=1259622149)
Maybe they do a BS for the orange key and DEL for SHF Orange. THAT would get annoying quick - the key above Enter is my Backspace.
You can get a scorpius with a full layout for the same price or less.
La la la, I'm typing on Welly's $45 Scorpius M10. It's very nice.
@imsto: It's looking good. What about the bottommost row?
I would be most interested in a full set of keys and have the option of plain Winkeys (without the dome, the same as the Alt or Ctrl keys).
it's abs... pbt could not be so white.
I can buy it in white. (http://abcpolymers.thomasnet.com/item/product-catalog/pbt-polybutylene-terephtalate/04-39-00-42-00?&seo=110&bc=100|1044|1027)
104 comming soon.......
Will these fit Cherry 'boards or Filco only? I think the stabilizers are different.
1. In your pictures I have noticed different case (or border) colours for the boards,
what are the available colour-options? (for both the 104 and 108 version)
So far I could see: standard black, red, yellow.
2. How are the different case-colours priced?
3. Keycaps: What kind of plastic are the keycaps made of?
4. Keycaps: How are they inscribed?
5. Keycaps: When the 104 sets are available, how will they be priced?
6. You mentioned a free set of keycaps (32) for every Ducky order[1].
Is that still the case, and if yes, can they be every colour you mentioned earlier[2]?
7. You mentioned a cover to be included for every Ducky order[3],
is that still the case?
4. I do not understand what do u mean....

Thank you for your answers!
I meant how the ink makes it into the keycaps, are they lasered?

try bbs.kbc-china.com plz.
sorry for the delay....
I am going to ship one 104blue ducky to Australia. to joneslee85.with a few keycaps.
shows as a reported attack site. Makes me a little leery... I was interested in importing a few sets of keys to the US too...
Are these going to be a little easier to come by in the US, too? I was thinking they could be distributed through an eBay store, or maybe majestouch might want to sell them through elitekeyboards.com.
No, it's one of these.Show Image(http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2543/3926340904_02d589fa5b.jpg)
Could be malware on your site or somebody hooking into links and redirecting.
Still tring to figure it out, and find nothing.
I have just heard the news that google is giving up the business in China.....
imsto, i am curious
is the ducky keyboard with 108 keys and cherry brown switches available for sale anywhere?Show Image(http://image215.poco.cn/mypoco/myphoto/20091120/12/53678688200911201207491232288712239_002.jpg)

The warranty would be a big problem.
I'd sent one ducky 104 blue to Australia, the shipping cost is even more than half the value of the kbd.
Ducky is definitely on Taobao (http://search.taobao.com/search?commend=all&isnew=2&q=ducky&source=search1). The question is, who can read enough Japanese to get an order accomplished?
Is this a second Keycap set that comes with the board? Are they doubleshot?
If you don't mind me asking, who makes your keyboards? Is it one of the OEMs like Costar, Datacomp, etc.?
