An obvious start would be the keycap forum (https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=80.0).  You should also check out  the group buys (https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=70.0) and the interest checks (https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=132.0).

First suggestion is to read the recommended reading (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=68372.0) thread and follow the links therein.

Are you interested in buying keycaps?  Individual keycaps?  Keycap sets?  Artisan keycaps?  Interested in making your own keycaps?

Looking at pictures of other people's keycaps?

We have all of there here, and more :)
