Unfortunately not!
They are not sold separately, and in fact the caps are a little different than normal. You won't be able to mount them on anything except the Hi-Pro switch housing.

The HHKB has the slider housings built into the case
But I know of at least a couple of Hi-Pro HHKBs that have been put together. I bet it's possible. I think livingspeedbump had such a board for a little while.

No need to transfer sliders which would be near impossible anyway.
