Title: Handwiring KBP V60 MTS Bottom Row
Post by: Mattr567 on Mon, 18 January 2016, 22:41:42
So since my last thread I have successfully hand wired the board, and every switch is functional, except for the bottom row.

I followed reference pictures of the front and back of the PCB to see where the pins of the dead switches should be wired to, and it worked great. On a couple switches the pin that doesn't go to a diode just stops in the middle of nowhere (ex the ,< key), but I was able to guess the correct pin to solder to by following the pattern.

For the bottom row however, things are different. Likely because of the ability the change the switches layout with the DIP switches. Most of the pins that don't go to the diode terminate nowhere, and I have been unable to find the place to solder the pin to.
