This looks rather appealing, even if it is not mechanical.

I'm on the fence about it. I like the overall design. really modern and simple, too bad ms is about 3 years behind on that trend.

don't like the curve, never did. (if you have to make some keys a bit bigger, why just throw them all in the center instead of something a little more inovative?)

don't like the shiny strip at the top

why are there 2 microsoft logos??? 1 is more than enough.

if the keypad's use is optional, why not give the main board a fn key with 10key like every other notebook in the world? most of the people who like these flat keyboards use laptops all day anyway, so it's not like they wouldn't be able to figure it out. Plus, they could sell one without a ten key pad fore like 20 bucks less.. ohhh they're probably waiting for that. nevermind.
