last week I bought a used/cable cutted G80-3700HQAUS From china, it was great.
and I bought PS/2 cable too, but I'm having problem wiring them properly.
first of all, G80-3700's PS/2 cable is with 4 wires, but my PS/2 cable is with 6 wires.

I don't have any DMM, so I seeked around about pin out of PS/2.

As result, I wired like this. and connected to PC.
LED was blinking, but when I touched pcb it was really hot and I accidently got electric shock. spiky!
umm... so I'm pretty sure this is wrong. so can anybody give advice for me?

That first diagram does not look like PS/2.

"The PS/2 connector is a 6-pin mini-DIN connector used for connecting some keyboards and mice to a PC compatible..." - Wikipedia
Umm, Isn't it right?

Hi I have the same weird PS/2 cable contains 6 wires which have the exact colors you showed. And I Googled it, found a useful pin-out diagram which has the same 6 color: BLACK, PINK, RED, YELLOW and GREEN. But i don't know what is RA(+) RA(-) DEC stand for. Is there anyone who can give me a help ?
