Disassembled a couple model Ms and the membrane in one is totally trashed. I'm going to order a replacement from unicomp but am not sure what number they want. The top layer has xxxxxxx-zzz and the bottom layer has yyyyyyyy-zzz. I assume they want the numbers after the hyphen since the numbers before the hyphen are different on each membrane layer?
Thanks

Probably easiest to open a support ticket with them, to discuss the correct part number; then place your order after their direction.

Which is what I did last tuesday. And again last night

Hmm... they replied to my tickets quite quickly. Usually the same day or the next business day.

LOL.
All you need is the keyboard model number. Not the membrane model number.
What model number keyboard are we talking about?
Example: It could be 1391401 51G8572 42H1292 UNI0446 etc etc....
