Woke up.. neck/ right back pain..

ugh.... this is the second time in the past month..

This god damn crummy pillow. arrrrghh...

Freaking..   does anyone know of an active solution..   Internet pretty much says you gotta wait it out..


I'm doing this head roll thing..    doesn't seem to be working.... and now i'm kinda dizzy(http://www.freesmileys.org/emoticons/tuzki-bunnys/tuzki-bunny-emoticon-034.gif)

hrrrm....  i've had numerous memory foam pillows over the years.. they all get ~too soft~ in the middle over time.

How is the mattress holding out..  is it a different kind of memory foam that stays relatively hard evenly ?

This happens to me about once or twice a year. It's annoying but you just kind of have to wait it out.
