So when I plug it in it says "USB Device Not Recognized". I've tried with multiple usb cables, multiple computers, etc and it says this on all of them. I've put a paperclip on the U switch when plugging it in in the hope that it was just in PS/2 mode but that didn't work. I've tried plugging it in with a paperclip on the tab key, as well as tried with a paperclip on the left ctrl key and neither got a different response. It doesn't show up in the bootmapper program either. Just really not sure at this point.
Here are some pictures of the pcb, not sure if this is a soldering issue or a programming issue.

Read this. (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=58945.0) Note that the guide is about the FaceW, not the B.face, but they are basically identical for purposes of that guide. Just make sure to get the B.face firmware (http://blog.winkeyless.kr/153) to flash instead.
Mine didn't enumerate as a keyboard either until i flashed the firmware. You should be able to see it in the windows device manager when you plug it in though. Look for "ps2avrGB" on the USB peripherals section.

It will only show up as "Unknown Device" so the programs don't even recognize it.
