Title: Modernized UI & maybe more apparent TOS.

I'd love to see a more modern UI & a TOS that is easier to locate.

I wanted to read it and had to go through a few threads to find it.

There are a few themes you can select from if you edit your profile.

ToS are in New Members - granted though that not everyone starts there.

Can we get a theme with the colors from Flatline, same layout and such as the dark orange and black, but BBJ and NN.

I just read about a guy who actually read through some company's TOS, and they had a joke clause in there like, "if anyone is actually reading this, contact us for a cash reward," so he contacted them and they sent him a check for $1,000.
