So I found a Bluetooth adaptor that appears to work with the HHKB and, hopefully, other 60% boards. The only problem is that the instructions are in Japanese and there's no English translation. It comes preassembled or as a kit, but the built one is $25 more expensive so if like to see if I could do it myself. If anyone can help with the pdf or mite info about it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Only 79 videos and I'm sure you'll be fluent enough to work through those instructions by the end of it
or you could share the link

Here you go (http://bit-trade-one.co.jp/product/assemblydisk/adu2b01/). I plan on snagging one for an idea I have...assuming someone on here would be kind enough to do a run for me on their wood CNC machine.

Only I has help. There's two manuals, the user manual and the assembly manual. It looks pretty simple to assemble, but I can't tell if there are any steps I'm missing other than soldering like the pictures.

I still don't understand, what does this adapter do ?
Patches usb through to a bluetooth transmitter ?
where is the battery, or do you have to buy that seperately.. what is that white adapter, is that included ?

It's a keyboard and/or mouse to bluetooth (allegedly). You need a hub, an adaptor, and a battery. Think of it like Hasu's TMK adaptor. His could do the same with a dongle and the firmware.
I'm trying to get more info to see if it will work and if I have to shell out 50% more to get something I could use.

I guess no one can help me :(

Have you tried asking on DT? And maybe the dreaded Reddit?

Apolotary lives in Japan, I'm sure he has more than a working knowledge on Japanese. Try pm-ing him.

At least you can watch Chinese shows without subs! but Anime is much better, ditch Mandarin for Japanese.
I'll just pass on the info in the PM to/for Nubs here for anyone else curious about the kit.
So yeah, the kit requires nothing other than being soldered. Also from what i gather, it should work with any keyboard or input device for most operating systems but not on iOS.
The kit comes with everything needed to make the adaptor and only requires these things for the build.
- The kit itself
- Soldering set (Iron, solder)
- Clippers
- Box cutter
- Needle nose pliers
- Ruler
