The Ducky Shine 5 uses the same microcontroller (holtek, if I'm not mistaken).  Left and right alt, or Alt Fn Ctrl should do the trick, or left+right winkey, for 5 seconds.  Does that 60% keyboard have two alt or two windows keys?  I don't have one.
