This should be the G80-0904 version since it has the proper A keys on the bottom row, but feel free to chip in if I'm wrong.  Not a great price considering the condition, but not a common board either.

Definitely the Cherry MX version. Needs serious retrobrite though, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the switches were in terrible condition.
