U can use the same technique I sent you in the last pm

The only difference between bowl noodles vs the packet type, is that the bowl type is thinner, to allow it to steep to completion rather than via active heat cooking..

So... fundamentally ,  just reduce cooking time to compensate for the thinner noodle diameter..  but overall.. the process for ideal noodlz is the same..

Depends of how much not sleeping. With the right amount of sleep deprivation, I feel like I can focus better.

No way bro, you only feel that way, because not sleeping greatly dampens your judgement..  (http://i.imgur.com/cu73Joj.gif)

I guess both. There is a whole school of Zen Buddhism dedicated to the effects of sleep deprivation. But yeah I guess overall you are right.. it's like with alcohol: your judgment fails more often than not. But sometimes I get this creative vibe / flow that I really like. Mehh perhaps that's poor judgment as well.

Studies show sleep deprivation creates brief moments of --euphoria--,   That could be what you've experienced..
