just thought it was kind of funny

Yeah I thought so too.

On a thread made by a guy who wanted to fix a crapped out Model M -
It'll still work fine without all the rivets.
With such profound insight, I wonder how we ever managed to survive without him.

So I'm the only person that wonders if it's worth the bother of setting up a filter to change everything he posts to pure binary in the hope it makes more sense?

Well, the content itself makes sense, but the purpose of it is entirely unintelligible.

No, I posted instructions earlier (http://geekhack.org/showpost.php?p=134916&postcount=179).
Yeah, that works too, but is far less geeky.
Done though. My brain hurts deciphering the intended result of his musings.

If I didn't know any better...

I don't even want to know what that jellied **** is on the right. Hell, it's already packed in the can with K-Y.

Aspic.
-
This might be the only thread that he hasn't posted to.
-
Let's see if we can reverse that trend -
Windows 7 is the most reliable version of Windows ever.
I have a requirement for a keyboard that completely rules out the Model M.
Now, it's only a matter of time...

Aspic.
Ugh. I think I'll pass. Ass-pick... F'sho'.

Ooohhh.... Sneaky... I see what you did there.
That's gotta be just like crack to him!

I think he should respond sometime soon...

Going to rule out White Alps next?

Touche.

I win!

Going to rule out White Alps next?
Ok, mission accomplished. It's time to close this thread. ;)

Overall, it's flattering that you guys made an entire thread about me!
I changed my avatar to help go with the season (And my crumby laptop running Linux). How do you guys like it?
-
I almost started a thread "Cool new avatar," but decided you might mistake attention for love.
-
It's nice. Did you draw it?
-
Nope. None of my PC's can handle that type of photo editing software.

Avatars may change, but people rarely do.

I was reminded of this thread a few minutes ago -
-
Lol.

Actually I can object to that... some of the things I want are so obscure and rare that no matter how many nets you throw, it would be impossible to get.

You all gotta give me some credit here though. I'm the original old computer guy.
