That second board looks similar to a Podworld PDC-84 (https://imgur.com/a/o6koI) that I once came across. It had some sort of weird Alps clones--maybe these (https://deskthority.net/wiki/KPT-like_switch). The one you linked doesn't have any markings, but I'd be willing to bet it's the same board.
