Title: I don't like the caps lock legend on my ctrl key :(

I feel sad that most keyset does not have a ctrl legend cap for the key left to A :(

I definitely agree with this sentiment. GH showed me the light on having Ctrl there and I can never go back.

Every keyboard should have that. Get rid of caps lock. I never miss having one on my HHKB, and when my Realforce finally comes in I plan to get rid of the caps lock there too.

Personally I have found having caps-lock bound to backspace to be even more handy. I can get why it's handy for control aswell.

But I like it better as backspace so I can keep my hands in the same space all the time.

I find the default control position quirky, but getting rid of it instead of using the key there for something else, is stupid especially when it doesn't even save any space like really?

Let me atleast be able to use it for something.

I am envy of those keyboards that has high quality stock caps and stock Ctrl cap replacement. My V60 also has a ctrl cap to replace caps lock but it's thin laser infill ABS. The stained legend does not look good, but if I get a TaiHao set instead, I will lose my ctrl  :(

Wish they provided extra keycaps when you buy a stock keyboard.
Just got my novatouch yesterday, now I have to wait for keycaps to ship in

i always use caps lock as control, but i think it looks out of place to have the control legends on both the capslock and original lower left positions, especially since they are very close together.

For PC keyboards, I agree. I don't look at the keys that much though and my work keyboard has blanks.

BTW. Amiga had the ideal layout. From left to right: 1.25u Control, 1u Caps Lock, 1u A ...

This was a minor disappointment for me with my WASD, they have a switch to disable caps altogether and map it to LCTRL, but you can't just swap them. I ended up just making the swap in my layout instead, and it's heavenly.
