Title: Key spam on Poker 3?

Due to the recent Massdrop on the Poker 3 I've really been tempted to buy my first MKB but I play a lot of Diablo 3 and that game requires me to spam certain skills on cooldown. I usually do this by numlocking the skill and turning off Num Lock so the game think I am constantly holding down a certain button. So for example if I set Skill 4 to NUMPAD4, I can press NUMPAD4 then press the Num Lock key and the game thinks I am constantly spamming Skill 4 without physically pressing the Skill 4 button. When I need to turn it off, I simply turn on Num Lock. Is something like this possible to do with the Poker 3?

It'd take time to get used to but I believe it can be done. Or you can use a AHK script for the same functionality if it doesn't break any rules, although I think it probably will.
