Haha! The first one is a rubber dome, no doubt. See the missing keycaps. The great part about this one is that is a freaking Famicom clone game console (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_Entertainment_System_hardware_clone).
I would grab the second one just because it looks so damn retro and obscure thanks to only Cyrillic lettering.
