Judging from this wiki photo (http://terminals.classiccmp.org/wiki/index.php/Burroughs_TD_830), it may be from the TD 800 terminal series. This Burroughs board reviewed on DT (https://deskthority.net/photos-f62/burroughs-td019-t7416.html) looks like it's from the same period, and it's Hall Effect, so I was wondering.

Awesome caps, at the very least... And dig the embedded number pad.
