Hi from Sunny (but cold) Manchester, England.
I started suffering badly about a year ago with RSI, which lead me to trying various keyboards, and learning to touch type as I discovered the pain was due to my awful typing technique.
I settled with Kinesis Advantage, which I really like! No pain whatsoever now, and my typing speed has increased. I switched to an upright mouse too which helped I think.
Anyway, Hi :-)

Welcome to Geekhack!
It's a shame you cannot send some of your coldness over here, we had the hottest March night on record last night. It was not amusing. Waaay too humid too.
Anyway, there is a whole [uel=https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=125.0]ergonomics[/url] section in case you haven't found it yet, probably lots of threads there about RSI. With your firsthand experience you may be able to contribute and prevent someone else from suffering :)
