Title: Unused HE switches?
Post by: ander on Sun, 13 March 2016, 22:50:07
This probably isn't a "great" find, since it's $250 + shipping, but I thought it was pretty interesting:

Feel free to correct me, but those look like unused Hall Effect switches to me.

I *think* most HE switches have four pins, but I could be wrong. The underside of that board seems to indicate each switch has only two pins.

A Hall Effect switch will need at least three pins. VCC, ground, and output. Frequently such switches will have redundant output lines to bring the total up to four pins. This does not appear to be a Hall Effect board, unfortunately.

Oh well, at least I got the effect of them being Hall Effect.
