Hi guys, I recently had my parcel destroyed by UPS and getting stonewalled by their support, so I'm hoping to get some sort of response on social media, if anyone wouldn't mind helping?

Cheers man, it moved me up the chain of command abit, but i think theyre still going to **** me off.
