I recently purchased an IBM Model M (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=80405.0) and it comes with a free generic PS2 to USB adapter.

Attaching my keyboard to this adapter give me a random chattering (example: ggggggg). Though it only happens twice last Thursday and twice again last Friday. Since last Saturday, I dont encounter any issue on my Model M and it is plugged on PS2 port. So Im 100% sure that my KB is good.
Is there way to mod the adapter, maybe to supply enough current or ampere to avoid chattering? I dont have a micro controller.
Please lead me to tutorials / build logs / videos if there is any.
Thanks.
