I remember xsphat dumped his because he couldn't disable the beep speaker that went off every time you pressed a key.

These have yellow ALPS, right?  I also remeber them being linear.

Not ALPS.   It's a Keytronic board.

This might not be the one Xs had.  I am pretty sure his has ALPS.
