Title: This one's a mystery even to me...
Post by: Red October on Wed, 16 March 2016, 23:38:58
I found this on ebay for a song, and got it in the hopes of doing something with the keycaps.  That turned out to be a non-starter, but I'm still interested in what, exactly, it is.

In teeny tiny little letters it says it's made by Keytronic.

The super-advanced photographic technique of "sticking a paper towel in front of the flash" let me diffuse the flashlight so it didn't wash out the printing on the chip.
I haven't the foggiest idea what this is for.  The switches are linear and thoroughly "meh".

Yup, it's the butterfly switch! Generally considered to be total elephant dung xD .

It's better than a lot of rubber dome keyboards I've had my hands on in the past few days.
Does anyone know what kind of equipment it went in?
