Sunny side up. Use the oil to cook the top. Cant have a non-runny yolk. Ew.
huevos rancheros
Over medium...My favorite way, but not a lot of people know about it.
I like it not super runny but a little solid and a little runny yolk together.
Which does GH prefer...Show Image(http://emoticoner.com/files/emoticons/onion-head/ahaaah-onion-head-emoticon.gif?1292862489)Show Image(http://blacksportsonline.com/home/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/over-easy-egg.jpg)Show Image(http://thymebombe.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/IMG_2948.jpg)
Use the oil
Fried in bacon grease, there is no other way for perfect eggs.Yea, bacon grease fried eggs are pretty damn good
My dad actually found a restaurant that had very hot biscuits and gravy. They would actually just crack a couple eggs over the gravy, and let the gravy cook them. Absolutely amazing.
Give it to me RAW!
(in a shake :p)
depends: if paired wif bacon and some breakfast bread...runny...so I can splash it with sriracha and mop it up with said bread.
if in, say, a burger, hard plox (or not quite hard)...don't need it dripping all over the place.

how's high blood pressure guys
Eggs are nasty

The more important question here is what do you eat your runny eggs with?
Growing up it was runny eggs and grits.
poached.
What about an electric kettle?poached.
takes too long to boil the necessary water..
the microwave version never comes out right..
Otherwise I'd go for it.

still slower than sunny side / over easy though..
And for breakfast.. gotta get that done quick..
Obviously over easy. Why would you want to eat a handful of snot on top?

I'm not a grits guy but grits with an egg or two stirred in it sounds good. Maybe some bacon bits for extra flavor :pThe more important question here is what do you eat your runny eggs with?

In a bacon egg and cheese. Or a Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese when I'm feeling particularly jersey.

Of course! The grits would be a dipping sauce for the bacon!Or some actual slices of bacon on the side. :DI'm not a grits guy but grits with an egg or two stirred in it sounds good. Maybe some bacon bits for extra flavor :pThe more important question here is what do you eat your runny eggs with?

Maybe, but as a fellow Chinese person, I grew up with my eggs over hard with black pepper and soy sauce, so that's how I like them.over hard smothered in black pepper

... isn’t even cooked...
I recommend either leaving it cooking another few minutes, or putting a lid on for long enough that the white gets at least slightly solid.
Anyway, the people complaining about butter are at least a decade out of date compared to nutrition study evidence. Butter is just fine for you. Probably better than vegetable oil to be honest.
I thought that was just for colour.Obviously over easy. Why would you want to eat a handful of snot on top?
Might depend on how many times the chef sneezed on it.
I think it depends on application. In sandwiches I prefer sunny side up but on the plate I prefer scrambled.
Half scrambled on sammichs has yielded the best results for me. Lots of crevasses for the cheese and sauce to enter. :))I think it depends on application. In sandwiches I prefer sunny side up but on the plate I prefer scrambled.
Hrrrrmmmmmmmm......
The more I think about it.. Sunny side might be better suited for sandwiches vs over easy, because,, if you have the bread right ontop of the uncooked yolk, it shoulddd prevent it from running all over..
WHEREAS, putting an over-easy into a sandwich invariably becomes a dangerous eggsplosion..

Sometimes I'll put some cheese on top and place a lid on the pan for a few minutes. The end result is crispy on the bottom and cheesy on the top :pHalf scrambled on sammichs has yielded the best results for me. Lots of crevasses for the cheese and sauce to enter. :))

Are you melting the cheese onto the top of the egg in the frying pan to make a pattie of sorts ?

Over medium or poached!!How do you poach yours? I usually add a little vinegar to the water to keep the egg together.

That's a 10-4 on the vinegar :), about a tablespoon is all ya need. The secret to making good poached eggs is to put just enough water to cover the egg, that way it's not flopping around while it's boiling, it holds it's shape better. 5-6 minutes and she's ready to party. :)
