I'm thinking of getting a Poker 3 specifically to be able to use it in Dvorak mode, and I would like the keys to have the correct letter showing on them rather than qwerty. This is easy on some keyboards but on, for example, Filco Majestouch, the keycaps are different heights depending on which row they are on so if you rearrange them, you end up with a complete mess. I would maybe update to custom keycaps in the end but simply moving the provided ones would be an easy quick fix. I know the Fn legends would be in the wrong place if I move the keycaps around but I'm not bothered about that.
Thanks!

Each row has a different size. If are confortable with blank keycaps i guess your problem is solved.
If i'm not wrong the stock pok3r keycaps are EOM profile.

The basic answer is no, as shown above. Your options are:
1. blank keycaps (vortex makes a set, or maybe check out Gateron thick PBT blanks if you want Cherry profile).
2. Buy a new keycap set that includes a Dvorak kit.
3. Buy a new keycap set in DSA profile. These keys have the same key profile for every layer and can therefore be moved around at will.
I think that's it.

Thanks for letting me know - it did cross my mind that the problem would be common to all cherry keycaps.

Malenkey - thanks for additional info. I have blank keys already but there are occasions when being able to see which key is which would be useful. I'm using Dvorak via software mapping on Linux and that only works once the window manager kicks in, not at console login, so I'm really looking for a keyboard that is physically Dvorak. There aren't many - Matthias do one but only with basic switches and 104 keys. The Poker 3 looks interesting because it can be switched do Dvorak but it would be better if the keys then had the correct legend. I didn't know about the DSA keys so I'll see if I can either get a set of those or a set of standard keycaps with Dvorak layout. It's only the letters that matter as I use the uk punctuation variant so everything else stays the same. I'm sure someone will do this. And thanks again ionra for your original reply and the profiles diagram.

In addition to DSA, a set of SA keycaps that is either all row 3 (totally flat) or "partially sculpted" (row 3 for the three alpha rows, sculpted top and bottom rows) will also do the trick. :thumb:

It seems that G20 keycaps are also uniform profile.
