Hi Guys,
Did anyone use this keyboard ( Digital LK201 ) before? It uses a RJ11 ( telephone-cord ) connector. From wiki, I get this keyboard is supposed to be attached to DEC VT220 terminal. And I donno the structure of the key.

I think you'll find a few references in the "worst keyboard ever?" thread. IIRC these are precisely the ones with an awful reputation. Maybe they even are the kind of board that DEC got sued over in the '90s (RSI).

I believe those are rubber dome keyboards. And if they're anything like the LK401 -- which I believe they are -- then they're very stiff rubber domes that are awful to type on.

Sadly, I searched the thread after bought the keyboard. :confused:

Linear membrane switches with very short travel. They're so mushy that it's almost impossible to know when you've bottomed out, so you need to pound on keys to make sure you get a good response.
It's a shame, because DEC's VT100 keyboards were pretty nice.
Maybe they even are the kind of board that DEC got sued over in the '90s (RSI).
