On this DT thread (https://deskthority.net/keyboards-f2/ergonomic-or-split-alps-keyboards-t5113.html), Webwit indicated these have complicated White Alps and DS buttons. I don't know how much they're worth, but the last one sold for about twice as much. It's missing a rubber foot, but otherwise looks new or near-new.
