Are they really have stock of it? Whenever I see those keyboard on Taobao I doubt.
Most of them have no trade history.

I ordered two things from this seller over Bhiner but got a refund.
However, two IBM keyboards I ordered from other sellers are on their way to me right now. So YMMV.

Looks nice but taobao is shady right?

Nah, it's the Chinese eBay.

I ordered and received a Model M Lexmark 42H1292 from taobao for around 30 USD:
https://world.taobao.com/item/521365698169.htm?fromSite=main
The item arrived in good condition (with all rivets still intact during shipping), but without ESC keycaps. Pretty good I'd say considering 30 USD

Lexmark? Was it so that IBM originally produced them but then Lexmark took over? Or that Lexmark produced it FOR IBM?

IBM spun off it manufacturing of peripherals such as printers and keyboards to Lexmark. Lexmark built for IBM, and later under its own brand.
Unicomp acquired the keyboard factory later on from Lexmark.

Toward the end you can expand the "product number" chart to get a good but incomplete list.
