Never seen a model m with these caps, they look double shot or pad printed. Apart from that it looks like a regular old model m board.

I see them occasionally on ebay.  They are pretty cool.  I'd wager they are pad printed.  As far as I know IBM never did any doubleshot keycaps (at least for BS boards)
