Title: Custom tariff code

Hi guys do anyone knows the tariff code of keycaps? 

I was slammed with 26% taxation because the custom declare it to be 3926.90.990 which is under plastic(?), I have no knowledge in this matter so I couldnt argue with the custom, please help  :'(

I've always listed Keycaps or any keyboard accessories as "8473.30"

parts as part of:   computer keyboardkeyboard:,machinery and mechanical appliances:,manufactured article:,
composition:   furskin:,glass:,leather:,rubber:,textile material:,other


simply put: "plastic keyboard accessory" > Please specify parts as part of
