Just bought an E-element rgb with the outemu blue switches, I started looking into customizing keyboards, which sent me down the rabbit hole of keyboard customization, hence my arrival here lol..

"Rabbit hole", eh? It is a hole, alright. Not sure if it belongs to a rabbit.
Welcome.
What is your next keyboard related move?

Trying to find a year of the goat from ducky, really like those..

Not gonna lie. Have to look that up.
You say you want to customize... does that just mean caps? You want to build a kit? You want to do switch swapping / soldering?

Probably just replace caps on an existing keyboard, but I would be down to build one, Im also interested in fabricating custom keycaps, making my own sculptures and molds and stuff.. Not sure what direction im gonna go, Im relatively new to modding out keyboards..

My humble opinion would be just get straight into it, rather than wasting money on other distractions...you might regret getting ready made keyboards once you got into the real custom territory.

Welcome to Geekhack!
Making stuff together (https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=117.0) would be a great place to start reading, about making keycaps, making keyboards and pretty much anything else.
