Title: Razer orbweaver kailh to mx reds mod

Hi everyone, I do not know if this has been done before, but i was wondering how hard it would be to modify my razer orbweaver, so that it would have cherry mx red switches. If anyone knows if this has been done, or how compatible kailh and cherry switches are, it would be much appreciated if you could give me any info!  :thumb:

Kailh switches are Cherry MX clones.

They identical in terms of shape of switchhousing and solderspots, so they are basically interchangable.  :)

To switch from Kailh to Cherry Reds you would pretty much just have to desolder the old switches before soldering in new ones.

There is also loads of threats discussing how to desolder switches properly so you might want to give one of those a read aswell  :thumb:
