Dang.....   I wonder how realistic these accidents are....  We need our Industrial Expert Melvang to chime in.

You'd be surprised at how stupid people can be. I had a coworker that thought it would be smart to put a loaded nail gun on scaffolding and push it.. With the trigger on a pole. He hit a bump, pressed his chest against the gun and it shot a nail in him. Same guy electrified himself multiple times by misjudging how deep to insert his blade when cutting paper for outlets.
