Title: MagicForce 68 w/ Black Outemu Switches initial thoughts
Post by: LiquidEvilGaming on Wed, 04 May 2016, 13:25:48
Very surprised by how decent a KB this is for the money really thus far, bought one on impulse as i wanted a Black switch in my collection.  Typing on it right now HHKB it is not but for 40$ US it's a damn fine deal.  The Black Outemu switches feel a slight bit heavier than MX Blacks do however a little smoother IMO.  I could see using this as my travel board replacing my MX Blues Pok3r,i do however wonder how tiring these switches would get over long term usage.  They even though they feel heavy do not feel as tiring thus far as the Clears did.  Will uploading photos and a full review soon on my Youtube channel, did not do a formal unboxing video so will likely do an "unboxing post" with all the photos i took and link back to it here when i do my Youtube review.

I can't comment on the Outemu switches but as far as the build quality goes it's a really nice keyboard, especially at $40. It feels nice and solid, if a bit light, and the feet feel incredibly solid (and the grippy pads on the end are fantastic). I paid $65 for mine and am definitely happy with it

After reading your review... I couldn't resist buying one. Pretty impressive for the price.

I just got mine and I really like the feel of those heavy Outemu switches.
But the wide keys got a high pitch pingy sound... Back space being the worst.

Shipping from Asia to Canada was faster than most parcels from the states.

No regrets...
