Not quite sure whether these are mechanical or not. If you're in WA though, I think it'd be worth checking out for sure
-
That's Western Australia by the way haha
-
It would be nice if you could see a better photo, but the price is right.
Top right might be a Dell AT101
-
Top right is the most likely to be mechanical, but I have had boards with the same layout that are rubber dome.
Half the boards are Ipex boards, and AFAIK they never made a mechanical. They have a lot of slider over domes though.
Top left looks like a microsoft ergo, and I'm fairly sure that the one under that is an Olivetti. Still worth checking out though for the price :thumb:

Sold already.
Who got it?

LOL—when I saw this I thought, "There's a Perth in Washington?" I was about to look it up till I saw your addendum. :?|

My first thought was "oh great, keyboards on the other side of the country" i.e. Australia.

The two-letter state codes are weird. Sometimes people list their location as just two state letters and expect everyone else to know that's in the US :p .
-
That said, anyone who understands keyboards knows that traveling from one end of the world to another for them isn't at all unreasonable, as long as you don't have to be somewhere else doing something less important. Australia is a particularly cool place to visit, too, as you get to call everyone "mate" and you needn't bathe before hitting the pub (if the "Crocodile Dundee" movies are any indication).

Or those 3 letter airport codes!

Yeah, and you get to call everyone a c*nt as well! :p

Aren't those international?

What, c***ts? I think so... I've always seen them in the other places I've visited.

No idea, but I've only ever heard US-based people referring to them.
I've only ever heard of, say, Melbourne airport, Moorabbin airport, Adelaide airport and so on.

Alright, seriously drifting off topic, but I thought I'd chime in: there are two varieties of airport codes: ICAO and IATA.
ICAO: Four letters, with rules assigning different letters to specific countries or regions. Also includes "national identifiers" for smaller airports which may be shorter, or contain alphanumeric characters.
IATA: Three letters only.
In some cases, the two codes for a given airport are very similar, e.g. much of the U.S. and Canada: KLAX (ICAO) and LAX (IATA) or CYUL and YUL.
Elsewhere, not so much: CDG and LFPG (Paris - Charles-de-Gaule) or DME and UUDD (Moscow Domedovo).
-
Considering the amount of detail most of the peeps are into here, I can see something like airport codes being a whole new love interest.

So did anyone here get it? There are a few Geekhackers in WA.
