Title: European variant of Filco Tenkeyless?
Post by: spremino on Mon, 21 December 2009, 03:54:27
It doesn't exist a Filco Tenkeyless with European layout (it should have 88 keys). Am I mistaken?

Thanks.

I don't think so. I suppose if it becomes very profitable for KeyboardCo, they might ask Diatec for some extra ones. Otherwise, you're going to have to learn the US layout.

I'm wondering if there is any mechanical tenkeyless with European layout? I wish my Realforce 105U had also the tenkeyless version.

Nice thread revival. :)

Keyboardco is going to stock ISO tenkeyless Filco boards sometime in January or February. That will include a FI/SW layout. If a tenkeyless Realforce is what you're after, a 91UBY (also available at Keyboardco) is probably closest to ISO we're ever going to get.

Thanks, and for the quick reply too.
I'm very open to Filco as I'm sort of new on this keyboard enthusiasm.
I red something about that in other thread (http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?t=10508), really looking forward to next year. :)
