Hi guys;
3 days ago i accidentally spilled some ice tea on my keyboard.i immediately tried to clean with a towel and then with fresh wipe without alcohol and then towel again.
keyboard seemed ok until yesterday.my D key is really sticky atm i removed the keycaps and cleaned it but the problem is not the keycaps but the switch itself.
Is there any way to clean the switch without removing it / desoldering it etc ?
Or if i buy a new cherry mx black switch can i replace it without desoldering it ?
Waiting for answers,thanks for the help.

Do you need me?

Soak the entire board
Or remove the switch, open, clean, solder back in place.

Yeah I agree, rinse it in a 99.9% alcohol bath.

Could also <<SNIP>>
Otherwise, alcohol bath and lube if you're keeping that switch, or just replace the switch.
